Weigh Investment
Measure Water
Always add investment to water

Mix 3 to 3-1/2 minutes
Vacuum 1 minute
Pour into flask

Vacuum up Mix 2.5 to 3 minutes
Leave still for 2 hrs.
Preheat furnace 149¡æ/300¡ãF
(Gaoke cast 33¡¢22 load into room temperature furnace)

Remove sprue base
Load into furnace
Follow appropriate burnout cycle

(2)INVESTMENT MIXING INSTRUCTIONS for GAOKE PT CAST ¢ñ¡¢¢ò¡¢¢ó and GAOKE PT CAST

 
   

 

Suggested density of solution:
Mix4.5-6ml GAOKE-Bind concentrate
to 95.5-94ml water. Always add
concentrate to water.
Prepare solution  
Weigh investment
30-40ml solution to 100g powder
 
Always add investment to solution
Mix 10 to 15 minutes
Vacuum for 1 minute.
 
Wrap plastic film avound the top of flask and secure with a rubber band, ensuring that
there is at least 2cm of plastic film above the top of flask.
Please flask over sprue tree. Place flask on to bmm(1/4")stack of highly absorbent paper
towels and seal with wax.
Pour the slurry down the side of the flask. Avoid pouring directly onto the sprue tree.
Fill 1-1.5cm over the top of the flask.
 
Vacuum up to 2.5 to 3 minutes. Vibrate vigorously during Vacuum procedure.
Place flask on to level absorbent powder, leave still for about 2.5hrs.
Remove collar wrapping after the flask becomes completely dry.
 

Bumout Process:
1. Place in cool oven
2. Raise to 950-1000¡æ
3. Hold for above 1 hour
Carefully scrape excess investment from top of flask.
   
deflasking: leave still 3-5 minutes after casting, then deflask.
